Watch: Chhattisgarhi Movie - Ghar Dwar Movie 1965-71

Late Shri Vijay Kumar Pandey who struggled for dignity of Chhattisgarh and the great fan of the emotional drama films, made a movie 'Ghar Dwar' in 1965 with 'the story of the broken family of Chhattisgarh'. He was born on December 23, 1944 in Brahmin village proprietor family in Shri Vikramaditya Pandey house at Bhanpuri, Raipur Chhattisgarh.

Many known artists of Mumbai, Kanan Mohan, Ranjita Thakur and Dulari played important roles in this movie. Artists of Chhattisgarh Zafar Ali Farishta, Ballu Rizvi, Basant Diwan, Smt. Neelu Megh, Bhagwati Dikshit, Bhaskar Kathote, Shriram Kalele, Yashwant Govind Joglekar, Ramkumar Tiwari, Parveen Nil Ahmed, Thakur Das Ahuja and Shivkumar Deepak also played the important roles. The film was released at 35mm White-Shyam (Blake and White) in 1971.
