Education System of India

A praise of Sanskrit that I have in my mind. The money which was earned by bad work and by fraud was with you for 10 years, after 11th year that money was destroyed with interest. Today everywhere we can see corruption, dissatisfaction but everyone are silent. It just like prediction of any revolution.

Is there no any fear or any trust among people means I want to say the people have no fear about the result of their wrong works or they have lost their trust who believe in honesty?

Children are come in world as a holy like god but when after they mature, they totally changed, they do bad works, why their foot don’t stop to walking on the wrong ways. Basically the child was affected by their home environment. He start to learn from home, his elders and his relatives. Then there is a question will arise that their domestic environment are that type to direct him towards the wrong works where he learn to do. He was firstly learn by her mother, father and relatives. Then his second learning institute is school.

In school the child was taught by teachers as we all know but today teachers not taught in school they were replaced by Education Workers means Shikshakarmi. If we consider the statics report then we have to know that in our state there was about 75% of education workers and only about 25% of teachers are in government school. And that 25% of teachers have more fun to make jokes on the education workers besides teaching to the students on government school.

Eccentric system there is where teacher is not called a teacher. Education worker it sounds astonishing and surprisingly. Firstly when we listen this we just sound like this is an NGO that works for the kinds of teachers. Merely we can see and read about them that they are in strike about their many problems and demands like promotion, salary increment, same work and same salary etc. If we think about them, they are right in their place. But this is wrong to always on going to strike and they don’t think about the students. I do not blame to anyone as they all are right in their place.

Government increases the dearness and the salary of education workers are too low to subsistence. It is not understand that why teachers are different to education workers however they both have same qualification but teachers are greater than education workers. Now CG Vyapam have conduct exam TET for selection of teachers, sorry! Education workers. Qualification eligibility are same as have passed 12th with first division, B.Ed., D.Ed. and graduation etc. The selected candidates who passed the test are called for interview. Then after all process who passed every stage who selects for teacher ship.

Then he became an education worker. After applying that all process he was calling for training to how to teach the students. When he satisfied all the criteria then what need to train them. Approximately an education session is of six months duration and about one month they trained on the education training, attains election duties etc. Then what you expect them about education quality.

How incongruity there is everyone wants government job but no buddy wants to study in government school.

Tell me a name of any minister or senators whose child is study in government school? Only poor man’s children and farmer’s children are study in government schools. They struggled in their whole life and become a good person.

 Then who is responsible for corruption? Who is responsible for dissatisfactions?

In every field there is only corruption and corruption. Where is the all human moral and values? Doctors do not save life rather they sold the body organs of the poor patients’ and the limit of cruelty when they have only duty of surgical operations of poor village people in the free camps. They do not responsible for their life? No value of life of poor people? A report says that spends on health and treatment like surgery and operations are cheapest in India and therefore many people around the world are come here for treatment but it cheapest for whom? It may not be for poor people of India. In government hospitals and health centre in village there are no doctors. They are in private and costlier hospitals. They get salary from government but they do not attain their duty on government hospitals.

Tell me a name of minister and senators who or whose child is admitted on any government hospitals.

Sometimes Maoists and sometimes police murder the poor villagers who live in the forest in a fraud encounters. No value of their life?

This is the time to change something and to do something for our country’s future. As children are the future of country. Learn them about human morality and values. Replace the Education worker into teacher. Doctor’s duties is save life of poor people not for making money.
